My daughter and I loved our time as tenants of ZndLr Homes. We will really miss walking to nearby restaurants from the spacious apartment . We spent sunny days at the wonderful park nearby. We loved the awesome kitchen, and the fenced private yard. Most of all, the apartment always felt like home - so relaxing and inviting! The ZndLr team is so caring and responsive! Tom, Fidel, and Charles always took care of us. The comfort and location can’t be beat!

We have lived in a variety of different style properties over the past decade, most were through large corporate property management companies. This experience immediately felt different - better, more personal, more flexible, and with helpful staff that actually cares about us and the apartment we were renting. We love the apartment; it’s well-kept and thought out. There was a lot of attention devoted to making it a comfortable and attractive unit, much nicer than the other comparable properties we looked at in the area. There have been a few very minor maintenance issues in the time we’ve lived here, and they were all dealt with promptly by the ZndLr Homes team of professionals.
